SSDI Ponggal Celebration 2023

  The residents of the Sri Saradha Devi Illam Welfare Association, Malaysia have celebrated the pongal festival with great enthusiasm at our association. This festival is dedicated to the sun god, Surya Bhagawan, and corresponds to Makar Sankranti, the harvest festival under many regional names celebrated throughout India. The three days of the Pongal festival are called Surya Pongal, and Mattu Pongal and Kaanum Pongal.

SAKTHI SCHOOL OF YOGA (SSOY) KARMA YOGIz @ SRI SARADHA DEVI ASHRAM

On 2 September 2019, members from Sakthi School of Yoga (SSOY) organised a teambuilding activity for the children of Sri Saradha Devi Ashram in conjunction with Ganesh Chaturthi celebration.
They conducted activities such as drawing kolam, flower tying, role play, singing bhajans, yoga asanas game and etc. They also distributed goodie bags for all the children.
Sri Saradha Devi Illam humbly thanks SSOY for their generosity in spending their time and effort for our children.
