On 8-11 March 2019, Sri Saradha Devi Illam children have participated in the MIM-KAS Youth Leadership Development Programme 2019. It is an exclusive 4-day programme at Bukit Tinggi, Pahang that is fully funded by the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Foundation.
This programme with the tagline "Ready To FLY🦅" (RTF) was developed and created by a team of professionals with more than 50 years of combined experiences in the field of education for children between the age of 17-23 years old.
RTF Program will be a catalyst for young people to be inspired and change for better, bringing forth their talents and potential to be productive, innovative and competitive. This program consists of life skills modules that will last throughout a participant's lifetime, thus optimizing their talents to achieve more effective results.
During the leadership cap, participants were exposed to various activities such as Explorace, Talent Night, Mountain Talk, Exercises, Presentation and etc. in order to develop their confidence, self-esteem and to enhance their teamwork. It was truly a beneficial program for all participants.
