Collaboration between High Commission of India and Sri Saradha Devi Ashram for the Well-Being of Orphan Children and Our Indian Community😊!
On 14 March 2019, a collaboration meeting was held between President of Sri Saradha Devi Ashram, Dr Kumaran Adakalam and the High Commision of India. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss on development and spiritual and Holistic programs for the well-being of underprivileged children and Indian community in Malaysia.
First and foremost, the High Commision of India acknowledged the wonderful efforts taken by Sri Saradha Devi Ashram and Sri Ramakrishna Ashram in organising various classes, activities and events for underprivileged children in order to promote excellent growth among the children physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
The Indian High Commission Counselor Mr. Nishit Kumar Ujjwal expressed his gladness in pursuing a collaboration with us for the overall well- being of our Malaysian Indian community and the children as a whole. Throughout the an hour meeting, there was an exhange and sharing of programs planned by us and the High Commission of India respectively.
The High Commission of India is willing to join hands with us and support our initiatives in organizing activities such as International Yoga Day, Tree Planting Programs, Spirituality Talk, Social Wellness Program and etc. for the betterment of the Malaysian Indian community and our Hindu Ashrams.
The Counsellor also informed that they are more than glad to invite us for all events that are to be organised by the High Commission of India both in India and Malaysia.
It was a fruitful meeting with the Counsellor and truly an honour for us to be collaborating with the High Commission of India. We thank the High Commission of India for acknowledging our efforts and for providing us with such a great opportunity!
