SSDI Ponggal Celebration 2023

The residents of the Sri Saradha Devi Illam Welfare Association, Malaysia have celebrated the pongal festival with great enthusiasm at our association. This festival is dedicated to the sun god, Surya Bhagawan, and corresponds to Makar Sankranti, the harvest festival under many regional names celebrated throughout India. The three days of the Pongal festival are called Surya Pongal, and Mattu Pongal and Kaanum Pongal.

212th Malaysian Police Day 2019 Celebration at Rawang Police Station

In conjunction with the 212th Police Day today, Sri Saradha Devi Ashram and its children made a surprise visit to Balai Polis Rawang and held a celebration for the police force there.
The children prepared a card for the officers with all their signatures and bought a cake for the celebration. This is done as an appreciative and thanksgiving gesture towards the dedication shown by the officers in carrying out their duties and also for the protection that they have always given Sri Saradha Devi Ashram and its children.
This is a day to remember all the sacrifices, time, energy and effort that the police force has contributed for the sake of the entire nation and community as a whole. We sleep peacefully at home because they stay awake all night. They give us security and protection by jeopardising their own lives. Their responsibility comes first, only then comes the family. All for the safety of the community, public and the country.
Let's take this moment today to thank those who serve, those who have served, and those who have sacrificed in order to keep us all safe🙏🏼.

Thank you to all police officers👮🏻👮🏻‍♀... you are all our HEROES💐👏🏼😊.!!!
