SSDI Ponggal Celebration 2023

  The residents of the Sri Saradha Devi Illam Welfare Association, Malaysia have celebrated the pongal festival with great enthusiasm at our association. This festival is dedicated to the sun god, Surya Bhagawan, and corresponds to Makar Sankranti, the harvest festival under many regional names celebrated throughout India. The three days of the Pongal festival are called Surya Pongal, and Mattu Pongal and Kaanum Pongal.

Inspirational Talk by Mr Vadivel @ 24 June 2018

On June 24, an inspirational talk was conducted by Mr Vadivel, a retiree headmaster for the children of Sri Saradha Devi Ashram. It was an interactive talk with lots of activities, both indoor and outdoor, that aimed to inspire and educate our children to achieve success in their lives and to be an all rounded individual. 

Mr Vadivel also contributed some educational books to the children of Sri Saradha Devi Ashram. 
 
Children of Sri Saradha Devi Ashram had a fruitful talk filled with happiness and joy.
