  The residents of the Sri Saradha Devi Illam Welfare Association, Malaysia have celebrated the pongal festival with great enthusiasm at our association. This festival is dedicated to the sun god, Surya Bhagawan, and corresponds to Makar Sankranti, the harvest festival under many regional names celebrated throughout India. The three days of the Pongal festival are called Surya Pongal, and Mattu Pongal and Kaanum Pongal.

Sri Saradha Devi Ashram Children Invited for Malaysia Sri Narayani Peedam's Proclamation Day Celebration

Sri Narayani Peedam Malaysia celebrated the Narayani Amma Proclamation Day on 8 May 2018. As part of the celebration, our children from Sri Saradha Devi Ashram was also invited for the prayers. Sri Narayani Peedam also contributed new clothes to our children for their daily usage.
We thank Sri Narayani Peedam Malaysia for their generous and kind contribution☺!!!
