SSDI Ponggal Celebration 2023

  The residents of the Sri Saradha Devi Illam Welfare Association, Malaysia have celebrated the pongal festival with great enthusiasm at our association. This festival is dedicated to the sun god, Surya Bhagawan, and corresponds to Makar Sankranti, the harvest festival under many regional names celebrated throughout India. The three days of the Pongal festival are called Surya Pongal, and Mattu Pongal and Kaanum Pongal.

"Naalai Namathey" Motivational Speech by Mr Karni @ Sri Saradha Devi Ashram

A motivational speech titled "Naalai Namathey" was given by Retired Police Officer, Mr Karni to all children of Sri Saradha Devi Ashram. He emphasized the importance of education for girls and encouraged the children to study hard in order to pursue their goals.

He also reminded them to always uphold good qualities and to be an exemplary to all other children.
