Sri Saradha Devi Ashram's Generous Effort In Relieving Madam Sasikala's Plight

Sharing is Caring..... here goes the saying! And our kids just proved it true☺

Madam Sasikala is the mother of Keertana and Gayathri, the sisters who stayed in Sri Saradha Devi Ashram. She suffered from lung cancer and was counting upon her last days. Doctors have said that Madam Sasikala will need to undergo lung transplant in order for her to survive. The lung transplant operation will cost RM 54,000.

The fundraising effort for Madam Sasikala's lung transplant was started by the children of Sri Saradha Devi Ashram with an amount of RM 1,000. The money was raised by the kids by saving their school pocket money for a period of 3 months continuously to help their mate's mother. The total of RM 54,000 required was raised within a month's period and Madam Sasikala was sent for the treatment.
It is truly a proud moment being able to witness the togetherness among our kids and their generosity. Perhaps, it's something that all of us can learn and inculcate☺☺☺☺!
