The orphanage is a totally voluntary and non-profitable organization and can survive only by the generous support and donations which are provided by kind hearted people from all over the world. We hope you will be able to join them in this great cause of keeping the children happy in a place they can call "home" and build solid foundations for their present and future.
Any donation, small or large, can provide an improvement to the living conditions of the Saradha Devi Illam children.
The Saradha Devi Illam Endowment fund was setup in order to provide continuous financial support for the very difficult conditions that the staff and children in Ashram experience every day. We strive to provide the most secure future for the orphanage and the best standard of living for the children.
We need your support for several projects. You can…

"I tell you one thing my child -- if you want peace, do not find fault with others. Rather, see your own faults. Learn to make the world your own. No one is a stranger, my child; the whole world is your own."
(From Sri Sarada Devi's last words, spoken before passing away on July 20, 1920)
